Hosting Rules
The following rules must be read and agreed to when applying for hosting at Secretkiss. If you have any questions about these rules please do contact us so that we can answer your question.
When Applying
» Please provide a first name, and a working email address. Those are both mandatory for contact purposes.
» Sub-Domains need to provide a current website or a dummy page of some sort. That can be made of webs.com or something like that.
» You have some knowledge of web-designing. I will be there to help you, but not every step of the way.
» If you are transferring from a different host, do let me know and we will help your transfer process go smoothly.
After Ordering
After you order, please stand by your email because it won’t take long before you get a reply with your account information. If for any reason you do not get an email after 73 hours, please do re-apply.
When Accepted
» Contact me if your going on haitus or a break.
» If you have a domain, you are free to host subdomains.
» Keep your contact information updated.
» Don’t take too long to open your site. All Sub-domain accounts have one month to set up their sites or it will be terminated.
» Do not share your passwords, post hateful content, pirated content, pornographic content, pop-ups, do not steal or copy anyones work. If caught breaking these rules, your account will be terminated immediately.
Inactivity
» If your site is in active for more than 3 months for reasons unknown to me, it will be suspended. If you do however let me know why before it becomes inactive, it will not be suspended. If it’s inactive for more than 5 months it will be terminated.
Backup
I take daily backups which are located offsite and will be available when needed. If you host clients with your account, you are responsible for their accounts. The only thing I’m in charge of is yours. If you need a backup of your account, please submit a ticket and it will be sent to you.
Payments
Secretkiss only accepts payments via PayPal We will email you the invoice 30 days before the invoice is due. If you do not pay the invoice within due date, your account will get suspended. The account will be deleted 30 days after suspension. If you are having any trouble paying please contact support.
Hosted Content
The following list start items that cannot be on your website. If for any reason this content is found on your account/site or the account/site within your account/website hosted with us, we will immediately terminate the account.
1. Warez
2. Pornography
3. Hateful Content
4. Proxy Scripts
5. Disturbing Content/Images
6. IRC Bots
7. Video or Audio Files
8. Phishing Site
9. Fraud Sites
10. Spam Websites
11. Gambling Website
12. Virus / Malware / Spyware
13. Scripts using more than 15% of the server resources
14. Any scripts that causes harm to the server
Banned Scripts List
This is a list of scripts that are prohibited to be used on this server, if you are caught using any of these your will receive a warning and if you fail to remove them your account may be suspended and in turn removed.

Giveaways and Competitions
Every once in a while Secretkiss hosts domain and hosting giveaways. The following rules always apply:
- If you win a domain from skhosting, it will be free for one year only. After that time you have the choice to either renew it or let it expire.
- The domains will be in my care until it expires and if you wish to renew it, I will push it to you via namecheap.com
